Wesley Offshore is the result of over 20 years of working with customers to find the exact piece and recording of music for their ceremony. We add over 400 new tracks a week, with new releases being added as soon as they’re publicly available. If you can’t find the music you’re looking for in our library, please make a request and our team will endeavour to find it – 99% of the time, we can. From classical pieces to this week’s top 40 hits or an all-but-forgotten B-side track.
Onboard Visual Tributes
To make an event extra special, Wesley Offshore works directly with our clients to create bespoke visual tributes. Our team are experts at creating stories from your memories, and once your music and visuals have been uploaded, we make sure everything is crafted into a quality tribute which can be played at your event and saved as a HD quality recording for posterity.
Live Streaming
Here at Wesley Offshore, we understand that sometimes loved ones can’t always be there to attend a ceremony. Wesley Offshore Webcasts allow families and friends to be a part of an event without ever leaving their home. All participating Wesley Offshore venues have cameras installed to capture the event, which is then streamed live through a private login portal that can be shared by invitation only.
Certificate of Scattering
As a lasting and treasured memento of your trip, we can provide you with a sea chart which details the exact location of where the ashes of your loved one were laid to rest at sea. This will form part of a certificate of the occasion and can also include a photograph perhaps of the location, or your loved one. This certificate can be dispatched to you either in a classic wood and glass frame or rolled in a tube.
Flowers at Sea
The scattering of bouquets, wreaths, loose petals or just individual flowers, along with your loved one’s ashes, can act as an expression of love, comfort, sympathy or respect. Just let us know if you have any particular favourite flowers then simply leave it to us.
Urns
As a symbol of remembrance, an urn is just a tangible connection to a life well lived and cherished. When scattering ashes on water, biodegradable urns are recommended if you intend to leave the ashes in their container as they will easily decompose in a marine environment.
Lunch/Dinner Package
We are happy to arrange on your behalf, lunch/dinner or accomodation reservations with restaurants, bistros and hotels in the local area. This may be ordered in advance of your trip to allow you to spend the day focused on the occasion. Please let us know of any allergies.
Onboard Refreshments
Including non-alcoholic drinks, finger food, cakes and pastries. Please order in advance of your trip as, due to space restrictions, large stocks cannot be stored onboard. You may provide your own alcoholic drinks up to a max. limit of 500ml per passenger aged 18 or over.
